AJBA Reporter – Leigh Anne Howe

20150714_151512-webHey everybody! My name is Leigh Anne Howe and I am currently the Reporter for the AJBA Board of Directors. I live on Howe Farms with my Dad, step-mom and two brothers. We are from the small town of Wiggins, Mississippi. Our goal as Brahman breeders, is to one day only have polled Red Brahman cattle. My family is very important to me, and I’m very grateful to have grown up on such an amazing farm.

I just completed my first semester at Pearl River Community College and am very thankful for the wonderful opportunities it has provided. Once I graduate from community college, I will attend the University of Southern Mississippi to complete my degree in music education. I hope to achieve my masters in music theory, so I can teach at a college level.

No words can express my gratitude toward the AJBA and the Deep South Association, for allowing me the opportunity to meet such wonderful mentors and friends that will last a lifetime. I am also thankful for all the amazing people that put their time and effort into making the Brahman shows such a success. Hope to see y’all at the All American this summer!
