My favorite memory from my show career was winning Intermediate Champion Bred & Owned bull at the World Brahman Congress!<\/p>\n

I\u2019m Laura Cooper, a 2025 graduating Senior from Paris ISD. My favorite Brahman memory was winning the 2024 TJBA Grand Champion Owned Show. That win was a result of countless hours of hard work and dedication.<\/p>\n

My favorite Brahman memory was winning Reserve Supreme Heifer with my bred and owned heifer CA Miss Georgia Belle 6.<\/p>\n

What a journey it has been! The past 9 years have been packed with memories, good cattle and great people. When it comes to picking a favorite memory to share, I have two. The backdrop picture is from the 2025 LSU State Livestock Show when my bull \u201cHuck\u201d was named Supreme Overall Champion Bull! If you know LSU, then you know it is one of the most competitive and difficult shows in the country. The ring shot was from back in 2020 at the All American with my heifer \u201cLoLo.\u201d The shocked face was the face of a 12-year-old Isaac, who had just been named the Reserve National Champion Showman. To this day it is still my favorite picture of my entire show career. My journey as a junior exhibitor has now come to an end. I can\u2019t wait to one day pay forward everything I have learned from many great people!<\/p>\n

PROVIDENCE EZELL<\/strong><\/p>\n

My name is Providence Ezell, and my favorite show memory is the HLS&R International Brahman Show every year. I always have a ton of fun hanging out with friends from other states and meeting new people. Walking around the barn and talking with old friends in the staging lot are always the highlights of my time there. And of course, showing on the green shavings!<\/p>\n

ALYSSA GASPARD<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s hard to choose just one standout memory from my eight-year show career. But if I had to pick the greatest, it wouldn\u2019t be a specific win or moment in the ring. It would be the friendships I\u2019ve made along the way. These friends have stood by me through school, long road trips, early mornings, intense showmanship competitions and countless hours in the barn preparing for the ring. We\u2019ve celebrated wins together and supported each other through losses, always pushing one another to be better.<\/p>\n

Over time, these friendships have grown into something deeper. These people have become family. We\u2019ve shared laughs, tears, frustrations and victories. The bond we\u2019ve formed through the shared passion for showing Brahmans is something truly special, and it\u2019s shaped who I am today. I\u2019ll always be grateful for the role the Brahman breed has played in my life, not just for the opportunities it has given me in the show ring, but for the way it\u2019s brought incredible people into my life.<\/p>\n

This journey has taught me responsibility, sportsmanship and dedication, but most importantly, it\u2019s given me a support system I\u2019ll cherish forever. The memories may fade with time, but the people and the impact they\u2019ve had on my life will always stay with me.<\/p>\n

ADELYN SMITH<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hi, my name is Adelyn Smith. One of my favorite memories from my years of showing was the 2024 LJBA Summer Show. I was honored to win Grand Champion Bred and Owned Grey Female and Grand Champion Owned Grey Female with my heifer, along with Reserve Grand Champion Red Bull. I\u2019m incredibly grateful for the opportunity and the unforgettable experience this show gave me.<\/p>\n

DELINDA LANDRY<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00adThese last 5 years I have made a lot of memories. It wasn\u2019t just the big wins, banners and buckles won, or friendships; for me, it\u2019s been the learning experience. Showing cattle taught me so much, such as responsibility, time management, patience and hard work. If it wasn\u2019t for these last 5 years, I wouldn\u2019t be able to tell you what responsibility, hard work, time management or patience is.<\/p>\n

From the early mornings to the late nights in the barn, hard work has always been the backbone of my show career. Preparing my animals for the show ring is no easy task. It requires many hours of feeding, grooming and training. Behind these tasks is a level of dedication that goes beyond my daily routine with my animals. It\u2019s about pushing through the exhausting day that I had to ensure they are at their best.<\/p>\n

Time management, patience and responsibility are crucial for success in the showing ring. Balancing school, chores and social life with caring for my cattle requires careful planning and prioritization. Patience is a huge thing when working with my show animals. Responsibility played an even bigger role in my show career, as the health and well-being of my cattle depends on my ability to provide consistent care and make the right decisions for them. \u00ad<\/p>\n

The combination of hard work, time management, patience and responsibility has shaped me in my journey of showing cattle, teaching me valuable life lessons along the way. \u00adThese skills have not only contributed to my success in the show ring but have also helped me with me be able to tackle challenges in everyday life. \u00adThe experience and knowledge I\u2019ve gained through these last 5 years has given me a strong work ethic, a commitment to anything, and a deep appreciation for the rewards that come from dedication and perseverance.<\/p>\n

MILEY CLAIRE MILEY<\/strong><\/p>\n

My favorite memory of the All American is being voted into the Board of Directors and having the opportunity to work with all the amazing people in the brahman family. I enjoyed working with such a remarkable group of people. I have learned so much and have made such important friendships with everyone.<\/p>\n

My favorite memory was winning 2021 Reserve Champion Overall Gray Brahman heifer at the Houston Livestock Show Junior Show.<\/p>\n
