Shelby is a 2018 graduate of Texas A&amp;M University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a minor in Business Administration. She will officially begin her new position with ABBA on June 1, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to being employed as a student at Texas A&amp;M, Schiefelbein previously served in numerous internship capacities including Cactus Feeders, Amarillo, TX, the Meeker County, MN 4-H, and 3 years with Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Additionally, she has held active business roles with her family\u2019s highlyrespected Angus operation \u201cSchiefelbein Farms\u201d in Kimball, Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cShelby brings a wealth of enthusiasm, a proven internal drive and propensity for hard work to the team and will provide exceptional leadership to both the American Junior Brahman Association (AJBA) and ABBA,\u201d<\/em> said Bill Bunce, ABBA Executive Vice-President. <em>\u201cHer expertise in communications will help advance the Association\u2019s communication efforts both internally and externally to our membership.\u201d<\/em> As the Director of Youth programs she will lead the way on the management of the All American Show, and the development of educational outreach to AJBA.<\/p>\n<p>In the area of communication, she will coordinate and contribute to the associations multimedia efforts by developing literature, articles and assisting in the production of web-sites and social media platforms.
