The Brazos Valley Brahman Production Sale was held on June 6, 2020, at Caldwell Livestock Commission in Caldwell, Texas. The sale showed great demand for Brahman genetics. Consignors included Bentke Cattle Company of Burton, Texas; Broken Triangle Cattle Company of Caldwell, Texas; SRS Land and Cattle of Mercedes, Texas; Alford Cattle Company of Caldwell, Texas; and Golden Meadows Ranch of Cotulla, Texas. The sale was managed by Milton Charanza and Broken Triangle Cattle Marketing. Cattle in Motion broadcasted the sale live online.
The offering included registered Brahman pairs, bred females, open heifers, and herd sire prospects. All cattle were sold to producers in Texas. Leo Casas served as auctioneer.
Broken Triangle Cattle Marketing was honored to manage this sale and pleased with the outcome given the current market and economic state.
