The 2025 Southern Invitational Registered Brahman and F1 Sale was held Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the South Alabama Stockyard in Troy, Alabama.
The sale was managed by Philip Gilstrap and Asa Lee and was broadcast live on bestcattlesales.com. It totaled $632,049.83. Sale averages were as follows:
• F1 pairs – $5,100
• Bred F1 – $4,150
• Open F1 – $3,487
• Angus bulls – $6,100
• Simmental bulls – $6,100
• Charolais bulls – $5,750
• Polled Hereford bulls – $4,650
• Brahman bulls – $4,250
• Brahman pairs – $4,058
• Bred Brahman – $4,750
• Open Brahman – $4, 566.50
Brahman Bucks for top F1 lots were awarded at the event by the American Brahman Breeders Association. First Place honors went to Shane Haimes, second place went to Bill Rainer, and third place went to Scott Kirksey. “We are proud to host such an outstanding group of cattlemen and breeders, and we sincerely thank each consignor, buyer, and friend who joined us in Troy, Alabama,” Lee said. “Your support continues to make the Southern Invitational a highlight event for the industry.”
