STgenetics 2nd Annual Brahman Production Sale was held March 8, 2020 at the Genetic Development Center in Navasota, Texas. STgenetics, in conjunction with Red Brahman breeder HK Cattle, held a live auction with auctioneer Leo Casas at the mic.
The sale had 124 elite lots of Brahman genetics and grossed $520,555.00 with a lot average of $4,198.02. Sale average by lot category were as follows:
- 14 Bull Lot Average: $3,875.36
- 12 Semen Lot Average: $5,083.33
- 2 Red Female Pick of Lot Average: $8,750.00
- 37 Red Female Lot Average: $4,705.41
- 59 Gray Female Lot Average: $3,622.03

- High Selling Lot – +TJF Smokin Gun 109/7 Lots 118 and 119 both sold for $4,250/ straw x5, making each lot $21,250 — totaling $42,500 for both semen lots.
- Lot 88 – Miss J&M Freda 656, a +Mr. 3H X-Ray 825 x HK Ms. Ray 173 daughter, sold for $15,000.
- Lot 86 – HK Ms. Ray 920, a HK X-Ray x Ms Primrose 170/9 daughter, sold for $10,000.
- Lot 101 – Miss J&M Lacy 270/8, a Mr. Karu Manso 800-1 x Miss J&M Sexada 452/3 daughter, sold for $10,000.
