Hi everyone!
My name is Savanna Jerrels, and I am so proud to be representing the state of Florida on the AJBA Board of Directors. I am from Bronson, Florida where I raise commercial and Brahman cattle with my family.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
TBJ: What has been your favorite memory from the show barn?
Savanna: My favorite memories have always been getting to go to shows with my family. I have four younger siblings and getting to see them develop a love for showing cattle has been amazing.
TBJ: How do you see your future with the Brahman breed?
Savanna: I think I will always be in the cattle industry! I have hopes to go to college and become a large animal veterinarian. For generations my family has been involved in many aspects of the industry, so I think it will be natural for me to stay around cattle the rest of my life.
As I said before, I am so excited to represent my home state on the national level! I can’t wait to continue this journey and make new friends along the way. See you down the road!
